Reservations
Prospective tenants are required to fill up an Application for Tenancy. Upon application
approval, a non-refundable reservation fee must be paid to Central Hostel to guarantee
booking arrangements. Central Hostel will provide email confirmation guaranteeing
booking reservations upon receipt of reservation fee. Call us for more information.
Special Discounts
Further discounts are available for a longer term contract or lump sum payment arrangement.

Refundable Bond
Central Hostel requires a bond payment for all tenants.

$100 for casual bookings and $400 for weekly or long-term bookings.

$200 for casual bookings and $500 for weekly or long-term bookings.
